- Configure the Employee central, RCM and ONB modules to align with clients
- talent acquisition and onboarding policies, processes, and procedures.
- Collaborate with technical teams for system integrations and enhancements.
- Develop and deliver training to end-users on SAP SuccessFactors Employee central, RCM and ONB functionality and best practices.
- Support the testing and validation of the Employee centra, RCM and ONB systems to ensure their accuracy and effectiveness.
- Provide ongoing support and maintenance for SAP SuccessFactors Employee cent ral, RCM and ONB, including issue resolution and system enhancements.
- In-depth knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors Employee central, RCM and ONB configuration and customization.
- Strong understanding of recruiting, talent acquisition, and onboarding processes and best practices.
- Experience in integrating SAP SuccessFactors Employee central, RCM and ONB with other HR systems and modules.
