What You’ll Be Doing
Driving Network Excellence : You’ll manage and optimize regional ISP connections to ensure high availability and performance, proactively resolving issues before they impact operations. Strategic Vendor Management : You’ll lead contract negotiations and SLA management with ISP vendors, ensuring cost-effective and high-quality service delivery. Solving Complex Challenges : You’ll troubleshoot cross-regional connectivity issues, perform root cause analyses, and implement preventive solutions to enhance network reliability. Architecting for the Future : You’ll continuously assess and optimize our global network architecture, contributing to improved security, scalability, and performance. Collaborating Across Functions : You’ll work closely with IT teams across security, infrastructure, and development to ensure seamless integration and alignment. Documenting for Growth : You’ll maintain detailed network documentation and contribute to a knowledge base that empowers others to learn and grow.What We're Looking For
We’re seeking a proactive and technically skilled network professional who thrives in dynamic environments and embraces challenges as opportunities to learn and improve. You should bring:
A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field. 3+ years of hands-on experience in WAN management and ISP coordination. Strong technical knowledge of networking protocols (TCP/IP, BGP, MPLS, VPN) and cloud networking (AWS, Azure, GCP). Proven negotiation and vendor management skills. A collaborative mindset, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for solving problems. Preferred certifications like CCNP or equivalent that demonstrate your commitment to continuous learning.What You'll Get from Us
