Requisition ID: 32301- Job Location(s): Oragadam, INAt Danfoss Drives, we are seeking a passionate engineering and quality enthusiast in the position of project Coordinator at our Oragadam/Chennai Campus, India. In this role you will be part of our Product Engineering Center and support for continuous improvement projects in the field of electrical & power electronics.

**Responsibilities**:
Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following.
- Your responsibility is to lead global and regional activities in the field of continuous improvements, problem solving methodologies and contribute towards Danfoss Drives Quality initiatives
- As a Project Co-Ordinator at Product Engineering Center, you will work and collaborate with key stakeholders from Product engineering, Production, Quality, product management, Sales & Service, suppliers, Quality team and Customers towards achieving product enhancements/improvements
- Technical evaluation of Product analysis in the field of AC drives and Power Electronics
- Involve redesign of circuits and components
- Involve in providing resolution to field failures
- Physical presence at office is expected

**Background & Skills**:

- Experience in Project Management & quality management with 5 to 8 years of relevant experience
- A Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering/Electronics Engineering/Power Electronics is mandatory
- Good exposure towards different Quality tools & problem solving
- In-depth knowledge about Power components, electrical & electronics components, and circuits
- Good Data analytical skills ; In-depth knowledge in MS Excel, Power Point
- Experience on AC Drives / VFD and its operation will be an added advantage
- Great interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate with a team across cultures.
- Global mindset with good communication skills.
