We have Opening for Corporate Sales Manager with our Clinet which is an largest Amusement Park in Hyderabad

Key Responsibilities :-
As a Corporate Sales Manager at Wonderla, you will play a vital role in driving revenue growth by developing and managing relationships with corporate conglomerate's.

  • Develop and Execute Sales Strategies: Create and implement effective sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand the corporate client base.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential corporate clients, understanding their needs and preferences.
  • Tailored Proposals: Design and present customized event packages that align with client requirements for corporate outings, team-building activities, and special events.
  • Market Research: Analyze market trends and competitor offerings to identify new business opportunities and areas for growth.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with operations, marketing, and event management teams to ensure seamless execution of corporate events and excellent customer satisfaction.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Track sales performance metrics, prepare reports, and provide insights to senior management for strategic decision-making.
  • Networking: Attend industry events and conferences to promote Wonderla and foster connections with potential clients.
  • Negotiation Skills: Proficient in negotiating contracts and closing deals to maximize revenue.
  • Analytical mind-set: Ability to analyse market trends, customer needs, and sales data to inform strategies
  • Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and managing client relationships effectively. Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively.

NOTE :
This is an individual contributor role with alternate Saturdays working and more of an on field sales role where you generate leads on digital media and go and pitch Wonderla to the client. So a proactive candidate is needed. Additionally salary structure would be 85% fixed (pf gratuity deductions might be there) and 15% variable which comes quarterly based on performance. In case of overtime, you can compensate by taking leave from your working days.
