While managing complex project environments, you will be able to anticipate and troubleshoot roadblocks and influence teams to achieve targets for the division.It is your dedication and focus that will help in making Pfizer ready to achieve new milestones and help patients across the globe.Role SummaryIndividuals filling the position listed are responsible for providing deep subject matter expertise and strong execution/delivery in the management of Strategic Partnerships and/or Project Management, integration, and support activities to ensure the compliance of the Information Management for Clinical Development & Operations. Incumbent will partner with Pfizer Digital and business lines to ensure timely system(s) data integrity and compliance.Role ResponsibilitiesOversee partnership activities and/or strategic integration projects across the Information Management portfolio domainEstablish an information quality plan and oversightCoordinates the integration of information management solutions into business processesServe as the Point of Contact (POC) to manage the mapping, planning, and integration of content for newly in-scope business areas, acquisitions, collaborations, divestitures, and Alliance Partners/CRPMEnsures that the company’s critical information and records stored within COE–owned repositories are managed in accordance with external regulations and internal processes, are protected and controlled over the long term and that data/content is available for critical business needs and is retainedin accordance with established retention schedulesLead medium to large projects, following established methodologiesSupport compliance activities for internal and external inspections and audits, interfacing with company and agency professionals as appropriate.The ideal candidate possesses the following qualifications:5-8 years or equivalent experience in the healthcare/pharmaceutical industry, including an understanding of the drug development process.Knowledge of application system management and change control processes, application validation and implementation in a GxP environmentKnowledge of Healthcare/Pharmaceutical metadata and standardsExperience with query tools/data extraction techniques (e.g., SQL, PL/SQL, Brio, MS_Access)preferredExperience authoring business user requirements, coordinating validation-related efforts (e.g., Business User Acceptance Testing), performing quality assurance reviews of test scriptsPreferred QualificationsBachelor's degree or equivalent work experienceDemonstrated,in depth knowledge of Healthcare and/or Pharmaceutical drug development environment and regulations.Demonstrated,in depth knowledge of clinical trial operations: protocol development, prescreening, recruiting, clinical and operational data management, etc.Demonstrated experience with identifying inefficiencies and/or gaps in processes as well as the ability to propose solutions and/or lead teams challenged with delivering process improvement initiatives or associated system/technology enhancements.Capacity to make appropriate business decisions in evolving business environment, as well demonstrate flexibility and tolerance for ambiguity & uncertainty.Ability to interface with international colleagues, understand the “big picture” in terms of potential implications of changes to systems and processes to sites and/or affiliates outside of home country/regionDemonstrated customer relationship skills and capabilities and collaboration on teams.Demonstrated ability to perform in a cross-functional environment.Strong verbal, written communication and presentation skills.Strong demonstrated project management and organizational skills.We are proud to offer employees a flexible working model that is grounded on empowering colleagues to design their workdays so that they can maximize their productivity, enhance their work-life balance and support a way of working that fosters innovation and patient-centricity.
