Vous prendrez en charge le processus recrutement pour certaines de nos filiales étrangères : de la définition des profils à leur recherche, en passant par leur sélection, jusqu'à l'entretien de pré-qualification.

Vous collaborerez avec les Responsable RH de chaque entité qui finaliseront les embauches (négociation, établissement du contrat de travail etc.)

**Activités**:
Selon son périmètre d'intervention, les activités du « Chargé(e) de recrutement » peuvent comporter tout ou partie des points suivants:

- Rédiger et publier les offres d'emploi sur nos médias (Site carrière, Job boards)
- Valider l'adéquation des profils avec les besoins afin d'assurer une présélection de qualité selon les outils;
- Effectuer les entrevues téléphoniques et les entrevues en face à face avec les parties prenantes
- Collecter suivi des tests techniques et les vérifications des références;
- Représenter l'entreprise lors activités de foires d'emplois, portes-ouvertes des écoles ou autre manifestation pour le volet dotation;

**Profil souhaité**

**Formation**:

- Niveau d'étude (mínimale) souhaité : BAC+2
- Formation requise : Commerce / Ressources Humaines

**Expériences**:
- Années d'expérience (mínimale) dans le poste visé ou équivalent : 2 ans

**Savoir-faire / Outils**:

- Savoir s'adapter et se renseigner sur les nouveaux moyens de sourcing (de plus en plus digitaux)
- Maitriser les outils ATS, LinkedIn

**Connaissance linguistique**:

- Français : Courant (lu, écrit, parlé)
- Anglais : Courant (lu, écrit, parlé)

**Savoir-être**:

- ** Accompagnement**: Soutenir l'équipe commerciale afin de trouver et mettre en œuvre des solutions concrètes et appropriées au contexte. Aider à résoudre des problématiques ou à atteindre des objectifs.
- ** Analyse et synthèse**: Capacité d'utiliser toutes les informations disponibles afin de comprendre une situation sous tous ses angles. Aptitude à déceler tous les aspects d'un problème et à les assembler en un tout cohérent.
