Job Responsibilities

Proficiency in Office 365 tools (SharePoint, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

B. Core Domain Competencies
Manufacturing Processes: Solid understanding of manufacturing processes, workflows, and systems within the chemical industry.
IT Infrastructure: Knowledge of IT infrastructure components, including networks, servers, storage, and security protocols.
Data Management: Familiarity with data management principles, including data integration, data quality, and data governance.
Process Automation: Experience with process automation tools and techniques to streamline manufacturing operations.
Regulatory Compliance: Awareness of relevant regulatory requirements and industry standards in the chemical sector for enterprise grade software development.
Experience in dealing with various service providers.
C. Role-specific Competencies.
1) Artificial Intelligence (AI):
Understanding of AI principles, algorithms, and applications in manufacturing processes.
Experience with machine learning models, neural networks, and predictive analytics.
Ability to leverage AI for process optimization, quality control, and predictive maintenance.
2) Video Analytics:
Knowledge of video analytics techniques, including object detection, tracking, and behavior analysis.
Proficiency in utilizing video analytics for production monitoring, safety surveillance, and process optimization.
Able to develop the VA model, fine tune existing model, carry out necessary changes to increase the accuracy of developed models.
Handholding with stake holders to ideate and develop the use cases.
3) No-Code/Low-Code Development:
Familiarity with no-code/low-code platforms and their applications in manufacturing IT.
Ability to develop and deploy applications quickly using drag-and-drop interfaces and visual programming.
Experience in integrating no-code/low-code solutions with existing systems and data sources.
Good knowledge of workflow creation, SQL Query along with the UI development hands on.
4) Robotic Process Automation (RPA):
Understanding of RPA principles and its applications in manufacturing processes.
Experience with RPA tools (Automation Anywhere, Power Automate) and platforms for automating repetitive and rule-based tasks.
Ability to design, implement, and maintain RPA solutions for process optimization and efficiency day to day Quality, Maintenance, Manufacturing & logistics tasks.
4) Additional Responsibilities:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (IT, Operations, Maintenance) on manufacturing IT projects.
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for manufacturing IT systems.
Develop and maintain documentation for manufacturing IT systems and processes.
Continuously learn and stay up to date with emerging manufacturing IT technologies and trends.
Conduct training sessions for staff to familiarize them with new processes, systems, and tools.
Provide ongoing support and guidance to ensure successful adoption of digital solutions.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and adjust as needed.
D. Required Experience & Educational Qualifications.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Relevant industry certifications (e.g., Automation Anywhere, Colab, Python) are a plus.
5-7 years of relevant work experience.
Experience of one or two Major project completion in Digital Transformation domain.
