Experience
Overall, 10 years of SAP experience in area of SAP PP-QM and LIMS.
SAP Implementation, Rollouts, Application Integration E2 E implementation project experience is required.
Working with Chemical Manufacturing Industry is preferable.

Job role and responsibilities-Should have knowledge and skill set on S4-HANA PP and QM organization structure and all functional process configuration.

SAP other modules (MM-PM-SD-FICO) basic knowledge & LIMS integration is preferable in addition to SAP PP-QM.
Understand As-Is process and identify business scenario.
Designing To-Be process/Business Blueprint (BBP)
PP-PI & QM Configuration in manufacturing/process industry
Material master data knowledge for PP-QM process Integration
Aware with overall PP-QM Business Transactional process
Experience on MRP Planning and Execution process.
Knowledge on Quality Planning, Quality Inspection etc.
in QM
Implementation of development and solutions independently
URS / FSD / UAT preparation for new developments and rollouts
Perform feasibility check of the service / change requests and implementation.
Analyzing errors and developing work around for permanent solutions
Maintaining documentation - knowledge based
Ability to adhere SLA based global support and monitoring
Knowledge on CAPA process
Grip on Training to functional business users.
