Job Description :


Endur Developer :


- Collaborate with the team to prioritize, plan, and execute development tasks within an Agile framework.


- Work on high-priority defect fixes, enhancements, and special project deliverables.


- Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-up meetings, and code reviews.


- Contribute to continuous improvement of the development process.


Technical Deliverables :


Triaging & Development :


- Analyze and diagnose reported Endur-related issues.


- Develop and implement solutions for identified defects and enhancements.


- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code adhering to coding standards.


- Conduct unit and integration testing to ensure code quality.


Documentation :


- Create detailed and technical design documentation for assigned tasks.


- Maintain accurate and up-to-date code documentation.


- Prepare work estimates for development activities.


Operational Activities / IT Support :


- Utilize ServiceNow for problem and change management related to the Endur system.


- Assist with troubleshooting and resolving Endur-related issues reported by users.


- Provide technical support to other IT teams and business stakeholders.


- Participate in incident escalation and resolution processes.


Collaboration and Communication :


- Work closely with other developers, IT teams, and business stakeholders. Clearly communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.


- Build trust and rapport with stakeholders through effective communication.


Required Skills and Experience :


- Proven experience using Endur Open Components, Java, .Net, and Oracle SQL.


- Strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles and design patterns.


- Experience working in an Agile development environment.


- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills.


- Effective communication and collaboration skills.


- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.


- Strong desire to learn and adapt to new technologies.


Additional Desired Skills :


- Experience with DevOps tools and methodologies.


- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure).


- Knowledge of ITIL framework for problem and change management.
