Expectations:

  • Plan and execute the timeline for weekly product launches, ensuring all preparations are completed on schedule
  • Coordinate seamlessly with design, production, cataloguing & marketing teams to ensure launch readiness
  • Assist in listing new products on various online marketplaces with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Maintain up-to-date and compelling product descriptions, images, and pricing
  • Perform regular analysis of sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and performance metrics
  • Collect and analyze customer feedback to drive product quality improvements and customer satisfaction
  • Develop exit strategies for unsuccessful products
  • Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences within the women's ethnic wear segment


‍ Ideal candidate:

  • Bachelor's degree from a premier institute
  • 2+ years of relevant work experience in a D2C e-commerce company. Ethnic/Fashion category work experience is preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective cross-functional collaboration.
  • Detail-orientation with outstanding organizational and project management capabilities
  • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and marketplace listing best practices is preferred
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
  • Passion about fashion with a keen eye for trends in women’s ethnic wear
