JOB BRIEF

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Fashion Brand Manager to join our team.

The Brand Manager will be responsible for driving the growth of our brand, coordinating marketing efforts, and developing brand strategies.

The ideal candidate has a proven track record in brand management, an eye for fashion trends, and a passion for growing a fashion brand.


DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Fashion Brand Managers are responsible for creating and implementing strategies to boost the image of a fashion brand.

They work on various aspects such as brand marketing, product development, and customer relationship management to ensure the brand’s success and profitability.

The duties and responsibilities of a Fashion Brand Manager would include:

  • Developing and implementing brand strategies to achieve business targets
  • Conducting market research to identify new trends, customer preferences, and competitor activity
  • Working with design and production teams to develop new products in line with the brand’s vision
  • Overseeing promotional activities, marketing campaigns, and social media content to boost brand awareness
  • Establishing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders including retailers, distributors, and fashion influencers
  • Monitoring and analysing sales data to gauge the brand’s performance
  • Organizing and managing fashion events, shows, and photoshoots
  • Ensuring brand consistency across all platforms and communications
  • Handling customer queries and complaints, and implementing feedback to enhance the brand’s reputation
  • Coordinating with the sales team to maximise sales and profitability
  • Track SEO and web traffic metrics
  • Establish relationships with social media influencers to develop a strong network
  • Develop content or assign tasks to content developers
  • Keep an eye on social media trends
  • Communicate effectively to all stakeholders, including senior management and content developers
  • Monitoring and implementing SEO and PPC campaigns through analysis and optimization.


QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven work experience as a Brand Manager or Associate Brand Manager in the fashion industry.
  • Up-to-date with latest fashion trends and market trends.
  • Ability to develop brand and marketing strategies and communicate recommendations to executives.
  • Experience in identifying target audiences and devising effective campaigns.
  • Excellent understanding of the full marketing mix.
  • Strong analytical skills partnered with a creative mind.
  • Degree in Marketing or a related field.

Additional Information

  • Job Title: Fashion Brand Manager
  • Work Environment: Office setting with some travel required for fashion shows, market research, and client meetings.

  • Salary: Salary is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
  • Pay Range: Rs.30,000 min to Rs.50,000, negotiable for outstanding professionals.
