Job Description Your Career If you are passionate about being part of a team that focuses on solving real life business needs in the Ariba space, you will be a great fit as an Ariba Business Systems Analyst in the Enterprise IT FinOps team at Palo Alto Networks, Bangalore We are looking for an Ariba Business Solutions Analyst to join our team to act as liaison between IT and Business focusing primarily on delivering enhancements and own production support. As part of this role IT BSA has to work closely with the various business groups in the Quote to Cash areas in streamlining the processes or identifying the business processes which might be the cause for system gaps or data corruption. IT Business System’s Analyst supports business teams in the prioritization process for new requirements/projects, and provides support for identifying and resolving issues in SAP Ariba. Own the design and provide creative solutions in the Finance domain area. You should have strong working experience in Ariba and its integration with SAP ERP specifically in the Material Management, R2R, and FI modules is preferred. We are transforming our software delivery practices to bring in greater agility. Should be a passionate person with an ability to independently manage production support issues /enhancements and help users with best possible experience. Your Impact ● Own & drive solution design in Ariba Source to Pay space to meet future business needs, scalability, keeping industry-leading best-practices in mind ● Collaborate with stakeholders to create functional design documents from Business requirements, drive the system solutions and implement it ● Preparing exhaustive Functional Requirement Specifications ● Prepare and Review test plans and test scripts ● Participate in system-level tests responsible for comparing actual results with expected results ● Implement solutions to streamline processes, reduce redundancy, enhance internal customers experience ● Quickly learn and adapt to a fast paced work environment ● Experienced with API Integrations with Ariba ● Interact with non SAP applications like 360 Insights (Rebates), Tax Engine (OneSource) or other API applications Maintenance and Support Monitor system performance and resolve issues proactively to minimize downtime and customer impacts Conduct regular audits of data quality and integrity, implementing corrective actions as necessary Provide ongoing support and training to users, ensuring they are equipped to leverage Ariba effectively Best Practices and Documentation Establish and enforce best practices for Ariba development and configuration. Maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations, processes, and procedures Collaboration and Leadership Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT and business units, to align Ariba and SAP standard capabilities with business objectives Qualifications Your Experience  Bachelor OR masters degree in Business, Sales, Finance, Information Technology or military experience required 5 -10 years of experience in SAP Ariba Upstream and/or Downstream  Strong functional configuration and implementation experience in Procurement and Accounting and Sourcing Multiple end-to-end project experience in Source to Pay and prior support experience Very good working knowledge of SAP Tables and SAP Technical Troubleshooting and similar TCODES that is relevant for P2P. Work closely with cross-functional teams across geographies Significant depth in SDLC and Agile practices of enterprise-class products. Demonstrated ability to understand product design and architecture. Experience in crafting creative functional solutions to difficult business problems Demonstrated proactive, self-motivated, quality focus, customer-centric mindset Additional SAP or Ariba certifications are a plus Soft Skills Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex business solutions/concepts to non-technical stakeholders Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment Ability to keep up with current industry technology trends to assess and make recommendations on processes, designs, operations, in keeping with the latest technology Additional Information The Team Working at a high-tech cybersecurity company within Information Technology is a once in a lifetime opportunity.
