Job Overview

We are seeking a Junior IT Support Engineer to join our team at GOOD FIVE YES JOB CONSULTANCY. This role requires 1 to 3 years of experience in IT support. As a Junior IT Support Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support for incoming IT support requests. The job location is Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India. This is a Full-Time position.

Qualifications and Skills

1 to 3 years of experience in IT supportKnowledge of installing and configuring software and hardwareExperience with networking problems and troubleshootingUnderstanding of web services and related technologiesAbility to handle IT support requests in a timely mannerStrong computer hardware troubleshooting skillsExcellent communication and customer service skillsAttention to detail and problem-solving abilitiesAbility to work both independently and collaboratively in a team

Roles and Responsibilities

Provide technical assistance and support for incoming IT support requestsInstall and configure software and hardwareTroubleshoot and resolve computer hardware and software issuesSet up accounts and configure equipment for new employeesMaintain and update technical documentation and knowledge baseCollaborate with other teams to resolve technical issuesAssist in the development and implementation of IT projectsEnsure the security and privacy of IT systems and networks
