What You'll Do

  • Design and execute test cases/features following standard test design practices.
  • Participate actively in all scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, grooming, retrospectives, and demos.
  • Ensure high-quality standards across deliverables by testing web applications and performing device-side testing on platforms like Android, iOS, Windows, macOS, and Linux.
  • Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, developers, and QA teams for seamless test execution and product delivery.
  • Provide logical and practical solutions to business challenges.
  • Offer constructive feedback to improve team quality and processes.
  • Stay updated with product knowledge and technical advancements.
  • Demonstrate initiative and work effectively with minimal supervision.
  • Engage in various test cycles and contribute to continuous improvement.

Experience You'll Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or a STEM-related field.
  • 2–4 years of QA experience in a web-based development environment.
  • Strong manual testing skills with a focus on UI quality.
  • Exposure to accessibility standards testing.
  • Experience with automation tools like Selenium or Playwright (automation is a plus, not mandatory).
  • Familiarity with any programming language (C#, Java, Python, etc.); C# is optional.
  • Exposure to API testing and debugging.
  • Good understanding of computer science fundamentals, basic networking, and database concepts.
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
  • Willingness to help and contribute proactively to team goals.
  • The role focuses on web application testing majorly.
