Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented QA Manager to lead our Quality Assurance function within the Innovation Hub. The role involves managing a team of QA engineers, building robust testing strategies, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality, scalable enterprise SaaS products. The ideal candidate will have expertise in manual and automation testing, CI/CD QA integration, and experience in domains such as CRM, ERP, Accounting, and AI/Chatbot solutions.

Ideal Background

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 7+ years of proven experience in Software Quality Assurance, with at least 2+ years in a leadership/managerial role.
  • Strong experience in manual testing, automation frameworks (Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, Appium), and performance testing tools.
  • Hands-on experience in QA for SaaS applications, CRM, ERP, Accounting, or AI-driven platforms.
  • Familiarity with Vector DB, RDBMS (PostgreSQL, MySQL), and API testing is a strong plus.
  • Good understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and QA integration into CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, AWS/GCP).
  • Strong knowledge of WebSockets, APIs, and real-time systems testing.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and mentoring skills to guide QA engineers.
  • Exposure to security testing, compliance, and data privacy validation will be an advantage.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build & Manage QA Strategy: Define, implement, and manage end-to-end QA processes across product lines.
  • Automation Leadership: Drive adoption of test automation frameworks for web, mobile, and API testing.
  • Team Management: Lead, mentor, and upskill QA engineers to deliver high-quality releases.
  • Quality Governance: Ensure QA best practices, reporting, and metrics are embedded into product engineering.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with developers, product managers, and AI engineers to align testing with business goals.
  • Performance & Security Testing: Validate scalability, load, and compliance for enterprise-grade SaaS platforms.
  • Innovation Focus: Adopt modern QA practices like shift-left testing, AI-driven test automation, and predictive QA analytics.
  • Customer-Centric Mindset: Ensure all releases meet usability, performance, and reliability benchmarks.
