Position Name- Talent Acquisition Associate
Job Location: - Remote Work
Experience Level: 2-4 Years
Key Responsibilities
- Screen resumes from ATS based on skills, education, and required qualifications.
- Source qualified candidates from job boards like LinkedIn, Indeed, ZipRecruiter, Careerplug, and Naukri using Boolean search strings.
- Ensure requisitions are cleaned up on a weekly basis, and qualified candidates are advanced to the next stage in the recruiting process.
- Manage stakeholder relationships and provide a positive recruitment experience.
- Select job applicants, verify qualifications, and provide recommendations to hiring managers. Facilitate employee referrals.
- Conduct interviews during the screening process to capture details about applicants' work history, job skills, education, and career aspirations. Inform candidates about the role's responsibilities, compensation, benefits, and other working conditions.
- Proactively build talent pools to address current and future open positions.
- Ensure timely execution of open requisitions in alignment with SLAs and adapt to US time zones.
- Balance and prioritize recruitment needs based on business criticality.
- Communicate progress on job vacancies regularly and propose action plans to meet given SLAs.
- Provide consistent feedback and advice for process enhancement within the recruitment ecosystem.
- Identify, engage, and activate passive candidates through Boolean searches, LinkedIn, and alternative search techniques.
- Screen resumes and interview candidates to assess suitability.

As a Talent Acquisition Associate, you will be responsible for screening resumes of candidates from US job boards such as LinkedIn, Indeed, ZipRecruiter, Careerplug, and Indian job boards Naukri.
Desired Profile:
- 2-4 years of proven experience in US IT Tech Recruitment and delivering high-quality profiles.
- High integrity, trustworthiness, and ability to work collaboratively.
- Strong business acumen and strategic thinking, especially in the deployment of Talent Acquisition programs.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build and maintain efficient relationships while driving positive change.
- Comfortable with challenging the status quo to achieve results in a dynamic environment.
- Strong analytical, presentation, and interpersonal skills, coupled with negotiation and conflict-resolution abilities.
- Extensive knowledge of US geographies and various recruitment platforms and channels in the US region.
