Job Description:

We are seeking dynamic MBA freshers to join our team as

Business Development Executives . The ideal candidates will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying new opportunities, building relationships, and developing strategies to expand our customer base. This role will focus on both product and solution sales, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver optimal business results.

Key Responsibilities:Identify and generate new business opportunities through market research and lead generation.Develop and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business.Conduct market analysis to understand industry trends and customer needs.Collaborate with internal teams to design and implement business development strategies.Support the sales team in developing proposals, presentations, and closing deals.Meet sales targets and report on the progress of business initiatives.Regularly update CRM systems and maintain records of client communications.

Requirements:MBA in Marketing, Sales, or related field.Excellent communication and negotiation skills.Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changes.Proactive and self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
