Are you excited to join our team as Event Management Intern?

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Event Management Intern to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of various events, gaining valuable hands-on experience in event management.


Key roles and responsibilities:

  • Assist in the planning and organization of events from inception to execution.
  • Research and source venues, vendors, and suppliers for events.
  • Coordinate with various stakeholders including clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure seamless execution of events.
  • Assist in creating event timelines, schedules, and checklists.
  • Aid in the management of event budgets and expenses.
  • Support in the development of event marketing materials and promotional strategies.
  • Provide on-site support during events, including setup, registration, and troubleshooting.
  • Assist in post-event activities such as gathering feedback and analysis.


Qualifications:

  • Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program in Hospitality Management, Event Management, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Previous experience in event planning or hospitality is a plus.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
