Job Summary
We are looking for a city operations head to lead and manage our Electric cab fleet
operations in the city. You will be responsible for ensuring that our fleet of vehicles
and drivers are well-maintained, staffed, and operated in a safe and efficient
manner. You will also oversee the financial performance, customer satisfaction,
and compliance of our cab fleet operations in the city.
Job Duties
Develop and implement operational strategies and policies to ensure that our cab fleet operations meet the company’s goals and standards.
Manage and optimize the processes and systems related to the cab fleet operations, such as scheduling, dispatching, routing, tracking, and reporting
Manage the operational budget and allocate resources as required to meet the operational needs and targets.
Analyse operational data and metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and implement solutions to enhance efficiency, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
Ensure that all vehicles are serviced and repaired according to the company’s standards and regulations.
Ensure that all drivers are properly trained, licensed, and compliant with the company’s policies and procedures, as well as the RTO and Traffic rules.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and issues related to the cab fleet operations and ensure timely and satisfactory resolution.
Foster a positive and professional relationship with the drivers and provide them with support and feedback.
Lead and motivate a team of operational and support staff to achieve the operational goals and standards.
Provide regular reports and updates to the senior management on the status and performance of the cab fleet operations in the city.
Job Requirements
Masters degree in business administration, transportation, logistics, or related field
3 to 5 years of experience in fleet management, transportation, or logistics, preferably in the Electric Cab industry
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
Proficient in MS Office, fleet management software, and GPS systems
Knowledge of the cab industry, market trends, and customer needs
Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks and deadlines
