Job Overview :

We are seeking a highly motivated and tech-savvy Lead Generation Executive to spearhead the identification and development of new business opportunities within the integration technology space. Expertise in platforms like Mulesoft and Boomi will be highly prioritized, with additional consideration for experience in other integration solutions and IT products. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, qualifying leads, and initiating contact to build strong relationships with prospective customers.


Key Responsibilities :

  • Lead Generation : Develop and execute strategies to identify potential customers interested in integration technologies such as MuleSoft, Boomi, and other relevant IT products. Generate new leads using various channels, such as email, social media, and networking.
  • Lead management: Overseeing the entire lead lifecycle, from generation to conversion.
  • Market Research : Conduct thorough market research to identify industries and companies that can benefit from our integration solutions and identify new leads and potential customers.
  • Client Outreach : Initiate conversations with potential clients, understand their integration challenges, and present how our solutions can meet their needs.
  • Qualification : Qualify prospects based on defined criteria to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Sales and marketing support : Building a pipeline of leads to meet business plans, quotas, and company objectives
  • Pipeline Management : Manage the sales pipeline efficiently, ensuring timely follow-ups and tracking of potential opportunities.
  • Collaboration : Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to refine lead generation strategies and improve outreach processes.
  • Reporting : Provide regular updates on lead generation activities, metrics, and conversion rates to the management team.
  • Training : Staying updated on the latest trends and best practices in lead generation and incorporating them into everyday work.


Key Skills and Qualifications :

  • Proven experience in lead generation, preferably in IT products or services.
  • Strong understanding of integration platforms, especially Mulesoft and Boomi .
  • Familiarity with other integration technologies or IT software is a plus.
  • Excellent English communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with cold calling.
  • Experience with research and maintaining databases.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Experience with CRM tools and lead generation platforms.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • A tech-savvy mindset with the ability to quickly learn and understand technical products.


Preferred Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, Marketing, or related fields.
  • Previous experience in IT sales, business development, or technical consulting roles.
  • Certifications or formal training in MuleSoft, Boomi, or similar integration platforms are a plus.
