Role Description This is a full-time position for a Payroll Specialist based on-site at our Gurgaon location. The Payroll Specialist will manage payroll processing, review and ensure compliance with payroll regulations, handle garnishments, and resolve payroll-related discrepancies. The role involves collaborating with HR and finance teams to ensure accurate payroll operations and providing excellent payroll services to employees. Qualifications Proficiency in Payroll Administration, including processing payroll for employees Working knowledge of Payroll Taxes and compliance with legal regulations Experience handling Garnishments and resolving payroll discrepancies Skills in Payroll Services to ensure employee satisfaction and prompt issue resolution Strong organizational and time management skills Attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial data Proficiency in payroll software systems; familiarity with industry-specific tools is a plus Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field preferred
