Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Power Platform Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in process excellence, .NET experience, and extensive hands-on expertise in Power Automate, Power Apps (Canvas apps and Model-driven apps), and Power Pages. This role requires a deep understanding of the Power Platform, solution design skills, and the ability to manage client-facing projects effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the design and implementation of Power Platform solutions, including Canvas apps, Model-driven apps, Power Automate cloud flows, and desktop flows.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and design solutions that align with business needs and enterprise-wide application builds.
  • Integrate Power Platform solutions with Azure services and other enterprise systems.
  • Design, document, and deploy Power Platform solutions while ensuring best practices and standards.
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to the development team, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, understanding their requirements and delivering solutions that meet their needs.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Power Platform solutions.
  • Optimize and reengineer processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Stay current with the latest developments in the Power Platform and related technologies.

Requirements
  • Process Excellence Background: Proven experience in process reengineering and optimization.
  • .NET Experience: Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with .NET technologies.
  • Power Automate: Extensive experience in designing and implementing workflows using Power Automate.
  • Power Apps: Proficient in both Canvas apps and Model-driven apps.
  • Power Pages: Experience in designing and implementing Power Pages.
Additional Qualifications
  • Solution Design: Strong solution design skills with hands-on experience in designing enterprise-wide applications.
  • Azure Integrations: Understanding of Azure stack integrations and how to design applications that leverage these services.
  • PL-400 & PL-100 Certification: Certified in Microsoft Power Platform Developer (PL-400) and Microsoft Power Platform Fundamentals (PL-100) with significant client-facing project experience.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients.
  • Industry Knowledge: Knowledge of insurance and banking industries, preferably with experience in Life & Annuities (L&A) and Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance.
  • SQL Command: Proficient in SQL and database management.
  • Power BI: Understanding of Power BI architecture and data visualization.
  • DevOps Lifecycle: Familiarity with the DevOps lifecycle and best practices.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with client-facing roles, including designing, documenting, assigning work, troubleshooting, and deploying solutions.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
  • A collaborative team player with a proactive attitude and the ability to lead by example.
