We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Developer/Consultant with a focus on ITSM.

The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing and enhancing ServiceNow ITSM solutions and integrating them to drive operational efficiency and improve service delivery.

This role will require deep technical knowledge of the ServiceNow platform, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work closely with clients or internal stakeholders to provide customized solutions that align with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities :

- ServiceNow Development : Design, configure, develop, and implement solutions within the ServiceNow platform, particularly focusing on ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, Request, and Knowledge Management).

- Customization : Customize ServiceNow applications and facilitate process improvements by developing custom workflows, UI policies, UI actions, business rules, and client scripts.

- Integration : Integrate ServiceNow with third-party tools and services (REST, SOAP, APIs) for data import/export and other automation needs.

- Implementation of Best Practices : Implement and adhere to ITIL best practices in the development and maintenance of ITSM solutions.

- Collaboration : Collaborate with stakeholders, business analysts, and other IT teams to gather and analyze requirements for ITSM functionality.

- Enhancement & Optimization : Continuously enhance and optimize the ServiceNow platform to ensure scalability, stability, and performance.

- Testing & Troubleshooting : Conduct unit testing, system testing, and integration testing to ensure quality code and provide support for any issues that arise post-deployment.

- Documentation : Create and maintain comprehensive technical and process documentation for all customizations and enhancements within the ServiceNow platform.

- Support & Maintenance : Provide ongoing support, administration, and maintenance of the ITSM system, including upgrades and patch management
