We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer specializing in ITSM development, API integrations, Form Designer, and Flow Designer. This role will focus on building, customizing, and optimizing ServiceNow solutions, ensuring efficient workflows and seamless integrations across the ITSM suite to meet business requirements and enhance user experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, configure, and customize core ServiceNow ITSM modules, including Incident, Problem, Change, and Knowledge Management, to align with business processes
  • Design and implement customized forms using ServiceNow’s Form Designer, ensuring efficient data capture and ease of use for end-users.
  • Utilize Flow Designer to build automated workflows, approvals, and notifications, optimizing business processes and reducing manual effort.
  • Create and manage REST and SOAP API integrations, enabling secure and reliable data flow between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems.
  • Use JavaScript, Glide API, and other scripting tools to develop Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, and other customizations for optimal performance and user experience.
  • Develop technical documentation, ensuring solutions are well-documented, and provide training sessions for administrators and users as needed.

Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience working as a ServiceNow Developer.
  • Proven experience in configuring and customizing ServiceNow ITSM modules, including Incident, Problem, Change, and Knowledge Management.
  • Proficient in ServiceNow Form Designer, able to create intuitive and customized forms tailored to user needs.
  • Skilled in building and optimizing workflows using Flow Designer, with a focus on automation and efficiency.
  • Strong experience with REST and SOAP API integrations, ensuring secure and seamless connections with external systems.
  • Proficient in JavaScript, Glide API, and ServiceNow development tools for customization and troubleshooting.
