About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven
Recruitment Consultant
to join our team in
Hinjewadi, Pune
. This is a high-impact role focused on managing end-to-end recruitment for a diverse range of positions across departments. The ideal candidate will have strong sourcing skills, excellent communication abilities, and a consultative approach to talent acquisition.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, offer negotiation, and onboarding
  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and define sourcing strategies
  • Utilize job boards, social media, professional networks, and internal databases to attract top talent
  • Conduct initial telephonic/video screenings and assess candidate fit based on job criteria
  • Coordinate and manage interviews between candidates and hiring teams
  • Maintain accurate documentation and regularly update candidate trackers and recruitment dashboards
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring cycle
  • Meet recruitment targets and timelines in a fast-paced environment

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline; MBA in HR preferred
  • 4-6 years of experience in recruitment, only from Insurance or insurance broking companies
  • Proficient in using job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.) and ATS tools
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple open roles with attention to detail and deadlines
  • Self-motivated with a problem-solving attitude and a sense of ownership

Contract Terms:

  • 6-month full-time contract (with potential for extension or absorption based on performance)
  • Immediate joiners preferred
  • Work from office: Monday to Friday (standard business hours)
