Role Description

The role involves supporting PAN India customer services for security surveillance systems across Defence, MNCs, and key sectors. The candidate should have experience in project execution, maintenance, and technical support, including installation, troubleshooting, and client training. Strong documentation, communication, and relationship management skills are essential, along with the ability to gather client feedback and report regularly to management.

Qualifications

  • Diploma/Degree in Electronics or a related technical background
  • 4–5 years of experience in customer/technical support, project engineering, execution, and maintenance of security surveillance equipment
  • Proven expertise in installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, and maintenance of electrical/protective systems
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Willingness to travel extensively across India for on-site services, client training, and technical demonstrations
  • Ability to conduct client training sessions and technical presentations/demonstrations
  • Proficiency in maintaining accurate service reports, installation logs, and compliance documentation
  • Strong client relationship management and problem-solving skills
