The ideal candidate will ensure smooth day-to-day operations, compliance with institutional policies, and effective coordination among various departments.Key Responsibilities :1. Administrative Management:• Oversee general administration, including campus facilities, security, housekeeping, andmaintenance.• Ensure compliance with institutional policies and statutory regulations.2. Coordination & Communication:• Act as a liaison between management, faculty, and staff.• Handle correspondence, reports, and documentation effectively.3. Student Services:• Support admission processes, student documentation, and counselling activities.• Address student queries and provide administrative support to the academic office.4. Financial Oversight:• Assist in budget preparation, procurement processes, and vendor management.• Monitor and manage administrative expenses.5. Event Management:• Coordinate institutional events, workshops, and conferences.• Ensure logistical arrangements for smooth execution of events.QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS :·Bachelors / Master’s degree in HR, Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or a related field.·Person retired from Government / Corporates doing similar jobs are also eligible.·Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data for decision-making.·Excellent written and verbal communication skills.·Creative mind-set with a passion for storytelling and audience engagement.·Proficiency in MS Office and administrative software.·Leadership and problem-solving capabilities.KEY COMPETENCIES :·Attention to detail and accuracy.·Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.·Team player with strong interpersonal skills.·Knowledge of regulatory compliance in the education sector.·Interested candidates are requested to submit their details in the link below : : / Please visit us at
