Office Administrator

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise administrative staff, handle clerical tasks, and provide support on projects to run smoothly.
- Develop and implement office policies and procedures to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
- Handle purchases of office supplies, equipment, and other materials.
- Manage and maintain accurate records and files.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with vendors and suppliers.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth and efficient workflow.
- Provide administrative support to executives and management staff as needed.
- Organize and schedule meetings, appointments, and events.
- Respond to customer inquiries and complaints.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, accounting, or a related field.
- At least 2-3 years of experience in office administration, team management, purchasing, and general accounting.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with strong writing skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other office software.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent time-management and organizational skills.
