Role and Responsibilities
About the Role:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented
HR Associate
to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 1 year of experience in HR operations, with a strong focus on employee relations, statutory compliance, leave and attendance management, employee engagement, and exit processes..
Key Responsibilities:
Employee Relations
- Act as a bridge between employees and management.
- Conduct monthly one-on-one connect sessions.
- Promote a positive and inclusive work culture.
Statutory Compliance
- Handle PF exit updates and DSC approvals for KYC.
- Manage ESI nominee additions and conduct awareness training.
Leave & Attendance Management
- Monitor attendance and leave records.
- Generate reports and resolve discrepancies.
Employee Engagement
- Assist in organising events, wellness activities, and training programs.
- Maintain open communication with employees for feedback and suggestions.
Exit Process & Documentation
- Manage resignation acceptance, exit interviews, and clearance formalities.
- Draft experience and relieving letters.
- Ensure compliance with company policies during exits.
HR R&D
- Research and benchmark new HR practices.
- Network with HR communities to bring innovative ideas.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources or related field.
- 1 year of relevant HR experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with HRMS tools and statutory portals.
