Role and Responsibilities

About the Role:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented
HR Associate
to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 1 year of experience in HR operations, with a strong focus on employee relations, statutory compliance, leave and attendance management, employee engagement, and exit processes..

Key Responsibilities:

Employee Relations

  • Act as a bridge between employees and management.
  • Conduct monthly one-on-one connect sessions.
  • Promote a positive and inclusive work culture.

Statutory Compliance

  • Handle PF exit updates and DSC approvals for KYC.
  • Manage ESI nominee additions and conduct awareness training.

Leave & Attendance Management

  • Monitor attendance and leave records.
  • Generate reports and resolve discrepancies.

Employee Engagement

  • Assist in organising events, wellness activities, and training programs.
  • Maintain open communication with employees for feedback and suggestions.

Exit Process & Documentation

  • Manage resignation acceptance, exit interviews, and clearance formalities.
  • Draft experience and relieving letters.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies during exits.

HR R&D

  • Research and benchmark new HR practices.
  • Network with HR communities to bring innovative ideas.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • 1 year of relevant HR experience.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with HRMS tools and statutory portals.
