Our client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Social Media Marketing Manager/Senior Marketing Manager to lead their social media marketing. The ideal candidate will be passionate about digital marketing, have a deep understanding of various social media platforms and possess excellent communication and analytical skills as well as the ability to manage a junior marketing executive.

As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies to drive brand awareness, engagement and conversion.

      Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Develop comprehensive social media marketing strategies aligned with the
    company's overall marketing objectives and target audience.
  • Create engaging and relevant content for various social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok. Curate user-generated content and leverage it to enhance brand credibility and engagement.
  • Plan, execute, and optimize social media campaigns to achieve specific
    marketing goals, such as increasing brand awareness, driving website traffic, generating leads, and boosting sales.
  • Monitor, moderate, and actively engage with our social media community by responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional
    manner. Foster meaningful relationships with followers and influencers to amplify brand reach and advocacy.
  • Track, measure, and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) across all
    social media channels to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and initiatives. Provide regular reports and insights to the management team, highlighting successes, areas for improvement, and emerging trends.
  • Stay abreast of the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in social media marketing. Continuously evaluate and recommend new tools, platforms, and strategies to optimize performance and stay ahead of the competition.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, product development, and customer service, to ensure alignment and integration of social media initiatives with overall business objectives.
  • Manage the social media marketing budget effectively, allocating resources efficiently to maximize ROI and achieve desired outcomes. 
    Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
  • Proven experience (3 years) in social media marketing, with a strong track record of developing and implementing successful campaigns.
  • In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, algorithms, and advertising tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling content and engage with diverse audiences.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in social media analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, Sprout Social).
  • Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and experimentation.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Team player with strong leadership qualities and the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues at all levels.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., Facebook Blueprint, Google Ads Certification) are a plus.
