As a thought leader, you will represent the organization in the healthcare technology space, guiding strategies around data architecture, advanced analytics, AI/ML engineering, and emerging industry trends. You will spearhead business growth initiatives by developing new, innovative offerings tailored to the evolving healthcare market.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the architecture and delivery of scalable, enterprise-grade Multi-Agent platforms leveraging Large Language Models (LLMs) and industry standards, including CMS guidelines on the Responsible Use of AI.
- Drive the strategic vision for data pipelines, data warehousing, and data lake solutions, ensuring robust, scalable, and secure data infrastructure for analytics and AI initiatives.
- Provide thought leadership on healthcare trends, data governance, data quality, AI adoption, data analytics, and digital transformation initiatives.
- Spearhead workforce transformation programs to enable seamless adoption of AI and Generative AI technologies across the organization, including upskilling in modern data engineering practices.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with business units to identify and capitalize on new growth opportunities in healthcare technology.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and forums to promote the firm’s technology vision and offerings.
Qualifications
- Proven executive leadership experience in Data engineering, preferably within Healthcare or related fields.
- Expertise in healthcare domains such as Integrated Care, Medicare Advantage, RCM, Payment Integrity, and Value-Based Care.
- Strong understanding of healthcare data interoperability standards, especially FHIR, and AI applications in healthcare.
- Demonstrated expertise in large-scale data engineering, including experience with big data technologies (e.g., Spark, Hadoop), cloud-native data platforms (e.g., AWS Lake Formation, Databricks, Snowflake), ETL/ELT processes, and data warehousing/data lake architectures.
- Experience leading teams in building complex, scalable platforms using AI/ML technologies and enterprise-grade software solutions.
- Demonstrated ability to drive business growth through technology innovation and strategic partnerships.
- Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and thought leadership skills.
- Passionate about workforce development and driving digital transformation at scale.
