About the Role:Lead and mentor a top-tier engineering team. Drive architectural decisions and ensure the delivery of scalable, high-performance solutions. Responsibilities:Proven leadership in engineering management and hands-on technical expertise.Deep knowledge of software architecture, cloud technologies, and modern development practices.Strong problem-solving skills and experience driving complex projects to completion.
Requirements:• Hands on” engineering background with experience in an individual contributor engineering role (as opposed to a people manager with experience in engineering teams)• Proven track record in maintaining latest technical skills• Experience in working Agile environment with a strong focus on developing engineering solutions• Proven ability to improve developer productivity – through automation and advanced technical skills• Strong leadership skills, team-builder and influencer• Exposure and success working within a global matrix organization model• Proven track record in effective stakeholder management• Gravitas and ability to interact with and advise senior executives• Ability to think laterally and innovatively and find creative solutions, with a proactive approach to problem solving and delivery• Ability to understand business issues and devise solutions that deliver results, constructing fresh approaches where appropriate and making connections to other issues• Able to work within an ambiguous environment, prioritize and reconcile competing demands and resolve complex issues• Great attention to detail and an ability to identify and manage risk• Highly experienced in getting the best out of people at various levels
