About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced and strategic CRM Manager to take ownership of our customer relationship management processes, focusing on driving B2B customer acquisition. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of customer relationship management, performance marketing, and sales enablement. The ideal candidate will be passionate about building strong customer relationships, leveraging data-driven insights, and implementing innovative strategies to acquire and retain valuable clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategy Development and Execution:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive CRM strategy aligned with the company's overall business objectives.
  • Identify and prioritize target markets and customer segments for new business acquisition.
  • Create and execute targeted marketing campaigns to attract and engage potential clients.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop effective lead generation and nurturing programs.
  • Implement lead scoring and qualification processes to prioritize high-quality leads.

Customer Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the entire customer lifecycle.
  • Utilize CRM tools to track customer interactions, preferences, and purchase history.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and account expansion.

Data Analysis and Insights:

  • Analyze customer data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to optimize marketing campaigns and sales strategies.
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of CRM initiatives.
  • Generate regular reports on customer acquisition, retention, and satisfaction metrics.

Team Leadership and Management:

  • Lead and mentor a team of CRM professionals.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative team culture.
  • Provide training and development opportunities to team members.
  • Delegate tasks effectively and monitor team performance.

Technology and Tools:

  • Proficient in using HubSpot features and intricacies.
  • Stay up to date with the latest CRM trends and technologies.
  • Leverage data analytics tools to gain valuable insights.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • 5+ years of experience in CRM, marketing, or sales. 
  • Proven track record in driving new business acquisition and customer growth.
  • Strong understanding of B2B sales and marketing principles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Experience with performance marketing channels.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
