Our platform is designed to help candidates prepare effectively and succeed in these competitive exams.About the RoleWe are looking for a Lifecycle Marketing Manager who will own user communication across CleverTap and other marketing channels. This role is a mix of creative messaging and data-driven execution — you will be responsible for building automated journeys, planning targeted campaigns, and driving user engagement, retention, and conversions.Key Responsibilities- Campaign Planning & Execution: Design and execute lifecycle campaigns across push, email, in-app, and SMS using CleverTap.- Journey Creation: Build automated user journeys for onboarding, engagement, churn prevention, and reactivation.- Segmentation & Personalization: Identify key user segments, behaviors, and triggers to deliver personalized communication.- Creative Messaging: Craft engaging, conversion-focused copy that resonates with users.- Experimentation & Optimization: Run A/B tests on messaging, creatives, and user flows to improve performance.- Data-Driven Insights: Track, analyze, and report on campaign effectiveness (CTR, conversion, retention).- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product, growth, and design teams to ensure consistent communication.Required Skills & Experience- 2–5 years of experience in lifecycle/CRM/retention marketing .- Hands-on experience with CleverTap (or similar tools like MoEngage, Braze, WebEngage).- Strong understanding of user segmentation, funnels, and retention strategies .- Excellent communication & copywriting skills with a creative mindset.- Analytical ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns.- Experience with A/B testing and campaign performance tracking.Nice to Have- Prior experience in edtech / consumer internet products .- Familiarity with growth frameworks (activation, engagement, retention, referral).- Comfort with basic HTML/CSS for email templates.
