HERE’S YOUR ROLE BROKEN DOWN (NOT ALL OF IT, JUST THE MOST IMPORTANT STUFF)

RECRUITMENT:

  • Coordinate with the hiring managers to understand staffing needs.
  • Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social and professional platforms)
  • Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews
  • Assess candidate information, including resumes and contact details
  • Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position’s requirements
  • Lead employer branding initiatives
  • Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates

OPERATIONS:

  • Ensuring all operations are carried on in an appropriate, cost-effective way
  • Improving operational management systems, processes and best practices
  • Identifying training requirements from the teams and planning
  • Monthly calendar and report to be discussed with the HR Head
  • Implement best practices for retention

YOU ARE SOMEONE WHO HAS?

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience.
  • Bachelor degree in any discipline
  • Proven track record in hiring and retention
  • Proficiency in MS - word, excel and power-point
  • Proficiency in English language
  • Strong understanding of social media, latest trends and practices
  • Creativity and the ability to think strategically to attract best creative talent
