We are seeking a motivated
Purchase Executive – HVAC
(1–2 years experience)
to join our dynamic team in
Pune, Maharashtra
. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and procuring HVAC equipment, materials, and services while ensuring cost-effectiveness, quality, and timely delivery. This role provides an excellent opportunity to work closely with project, design, and site teams, ensuring seamless supply chain operations for diverse HVAC projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, evaluate, and select reliable suppliers/vendors for HVAC equipment, materials, and services.
  • Request and compare quotations, negotiate terms, and finalize purchase orders in line with project requirements.
  • Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and site teams to understand material specifications and delivery timelines.
  • Maintain updated records of suppliers, material pricing, lead times, and purchase documentation.
  • Monitor inventory levels, follow up on deliveries, and resolve discrepancies with suppliers.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and contractual obligations.
  • Assist in vendor performance evaluation and development.
  • Support cost-saving initiatives and ensure timely procurement to avoid project delays.

Qualifications:

  • Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC, Supply Chain, or equivalent.
  • 1–2 years' experience in purchase/procurement, preferably in HVAC, MEP, or construction industry.
  • Basic knowledge of HVAC equipment, ducting, piping, and related materials.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); knowledge of ERP systems is an advantage.
  • Strong negotiation, analytical, and vendor management skills.
  • Good coordination and communication skills with internal teams and external suppliers.
  • Ability to manage multiple purchase requirements within tight deadlines.
