Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated HVAC Engineer with 3–4 years of experience in HVAC systems. The ideal candidate should have expertise in installation, testing, commissioning, and auditing of HVAC systems, along with the ability to handle teams and manage site operations efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and execute HVAC system works at project sites.

  • Conduct testing, commissioning, and auditing of HVAC systems to ensure compliance with design and standards.

  • Coordinate with contractors, and internal teams for project execution.

  • Guide and monitor team members to ensure timely completion of tasks.

  • Diagnose technical issues and provide solutions during commissioning.

  • Maintain project documentation, reports, and ensure adherence to safety protocols.

  • Stay updated with latest HVAC technologies and be open to continuous learning.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related field.

  • 3–4 years of experience in HVAC systems (installation, commissioning, auditing).

  • Strong knowledge of HVAC equipment, systems, and services.

  • Prior hands-on experience in HVAC system is mandatory.

  • Ability to lead and coordinate a team on-site.

  • Good communication and problem-solving skills.

  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.

Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with industry standards (ASHRAE/IS codes).

  • Knowledge of project planning and documentation.

  • Strong troubleshooting and analytical abilities.
