Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and visionary Head of Marketing and Growth to lead our marketing team and drive our growth strategies at InstaService. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing plans to increase brand awareness, customer acquisition, and retention. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with our business objectives and help propel InstaService to new heights.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to drive growth and achieve business goals.
  • Oversee all marketing activities, including digital marketing, content marketing, social media, email marketing, and more.
  • Lead the development and execution of customer acquisition and retention campaigns.
  • Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitive landscape to inform marketing strategies.
  • Manage and mentor the marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with product, sales, and customer service teams to ensure alignment and drive cohesive strategies.
  • Monitor and report on the performance of marketing initiatives, using data to drive decision-making and optimize campaigns.
  • Identify and leverage new marketing channels and technologies to enhance our marketing efforts.
  • Represent InstaService at industry events, conferences, and trade shows.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA or equivalent experience is a plus.
  • Proven track record of success in a senior marketing role, preferably in the on-demand services or technology industry.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, content marketing, and growth strategies.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation tools, CRM software, and analytics platforms.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and growth.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
