Our client is a leading insurance company in Vietnam that is looking for talent to join their firm:

  • Leads Vietnam growth plans, focusing on client growth, cross-Solution Line synergies, and named strategies (e.g. MNC, ESG). Collaborates with regional management and Solution Line leadership teams to execute growth plans.
  • Responsible for achieving country sales targets.
  • Foster a sales culture by collaborating with centralized teams and/or business units.
  • Responsible for building C-suite relationships with clients in Vietnam and meeting annual sales targets.
  • Promotes the company's client value model and worldwide standards for the company, understanding client segmentation.
  • Collaborates with country and regional leadership to retain and grow customers profitably.
  • Responsible for executing country growth plan and prioritizing growth possibilities for clients and prospects, addressing market opportunities and unmet needs.
  • Develop country plans, budgets, and targets for new business performance in Vietnam
  • Conduct quarterly growth and company reviews, contribute to annual growth planning, and apply best practices 
  • Maintain consistent sales process, including pipeline management, forecasting, and sales activity management as needed
  • Collaborate with partners
  • Collaborates with Marketing to identify and address customer needs in Vietnam, adjusting to local market needs and prioritising activities based on revenue potential and quality standards.



Requirements
  • Strong understanding of the Vietnam market, including market factors and drivers.
  • A thorough awareness of client business and risk challenges.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of the company's products and services.
  • Driven to provide top-notch service to clients 
  • Expertise in area trends and macroeconomic issues.
  • Demonstrates leadership values
  • Capable of translating Solution Line expansion strategies into viable commercial possibilities.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of management experience in the insurance industry. Solid understanding of insurance products, regulations, and market dynamics. Proven track record of successfully developing and implementing growth strategies. Initiative, strategic thinking, and data analytics. Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
