Inside Sales Engineer

To enhance sales of digital monitoring products related to electrical assets.
Responsibilities
- Generate leads and build relationships planning and organizing daily work schedules to call on existing or potential sales outlets.- Develop and implement an action plan on sales, and adjust sales techniques based on tele-calling/field visit interactions.- Target Account Selling, Subscription/Recurring Business Selling, Solution Selling, and/or consultative sales techniques.- Conduct high-level presentations, proposals, coordination, conversations, and relationship management with Industrial customers.- Coordinate between the national sales manager and territory sales engineer.- Providing online presentations, quotes, and proposals to the customer.- Represent our company’s products and services (IoT-based Monitoring Solutions for electrical assets), starting with a deep and comprehensive understanding and following with consumer research to identify how our solutions meet needs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.- Minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience in a technical or inside sales role.- Strong core knowledge of Electrical/Electronic assets and systems.- Ability to apply technical expertise to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues efficiently.- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to customers.- Willingness to travel as required to meet customer needs and provide on-site support when necessary.- Demonstrates sincerity, integrity, and accountability in work execution.- Committed to delivering high-quality service and solving customer problems effectively.
Salary offered
4 to 6 LPA.
