Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Payroll Executive located in Kochi. The Senior Payroll Executive will be responsible for managing and administering payroll processes, ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing, maintaining payroll records, and resolving any payroll discrepancies. The role also includes collaborating with the finance department, preparing payroll reports, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
Qualifications
- Payroll Administration, Payroll Management, and Payroll Processing skills
- Excellent Communication skills(english/Malayalam/Hindi)
- Attention to detail and strong analytical skills
- Proficiency in payroll software and Microsoft Office
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines
- Strong proficiency in statutory (esi\Pf/Lwf/PT)
