Senior Vice President, Full-Stack Engineer

to join our team. This role is located in

Pune, Maharashtra - HYBRID

.In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:

Work with a team of developers, providing guidance, user, and fostering a collaborative team environment.Design, develop, and maintain robust applications using Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform.Develop user interfaces usingWrite clean, scalable code using C# and .NET technologies.Integrate solutions with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Pages, Power Bi, and Power Apps).Conduct peer code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to best practices.Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure solutions meet business needs.Work within Scrum Agile and/or SAFe Agile frameworks to deliver high-quality software in iterative cycles.Ensure excellentmunication and stakeholder management throughout project lifecycles.To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:Minimum of 10 years of professional experience in software development.Strong proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE.Expertise in front-end development using

| Angular.Solid experience with C# and .NET framework.Proficient in T-SQL.Experience with Microsoft Power Platform.Proven leadership skills with the ability to mentor and guide a team of developers.Experience conducting peer code reviews.Excellentmunication skills and stakeholder management abilities.Proven ability to work effectively in a Scrum Agile and/or SAFe Agile environment.5 years of experience working within a DevOps SDLC team.3-5 years of experience in Power Automate and JavaScript.Strong ability to represent and organize documentation.Strong written and verbalmunication skills.Ability to interact at all levels of the organization and tailor messages appropriately.Preferred Skills:Certified in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE | Power Platform - Certified in Scrum Agile and/or SAFe Agile methodologies.At BNY Mellon, our inclusive culture speaks for itself.
