About the Company: Our client is a well-known group owning multiple Hospitality assets (Managed and Operated by International Luxury Hotel Brands) and collaborating with a leading Global Private Equity Firm with a significant presence in India. This collaboration aims to redefine the Company’s presence in Hospitality Business in the Region, leveraging world-class management practices and innovative strategies.
Position Overview:
Our Clients are seeking an experienced and dynamic Vice President to lead the Operations and to implement the Organisation's Vision and Objectives. He will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day administrative and operational functions of the company, ensuring the highest standards of excellence and efficiency. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong background in the Hospitality Industry and a proven track record of managing large-scale operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement Strategies aligned with the company's vision and objectives.
Oversee the Performance of multiple hospitality assets thru Business Partners, ensuring they meet international luxury standards and deliver desired levels of Profitability.
Collaborate with international luxury hotel brands to maintain and enhance service quality.
Drive operational efficiencies and improvements across all assets.
Lead and mentor a diverse team of managers and staff, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
Oversee budgets, financial performance, and profitability of the assets.
Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and industry standards.
Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including hotel brand partners, investors, and regulatory authorities.
Identify and capitalize on growth opportunities within the Hospitality sector.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management, or a related field. An advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) is preferred.
A minimum of 20 years of experience in the Hospitality industry, with at least 5 years in a Senior Leadership role (such as General Manager of a large Inventory Luxury Hotel or a Multi Property role with leading International Hospitality Brands ).
Proven experience in managing large-scale Hospitality Operations.
Strong Financial acumen and experience with budgetary management.
Ability to contribute to the Company’s Growth and Development
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to think strategically and execute tactically.
Familiarity with international luxury hotel brand standards and operations.
Demonstrated ability to drive operational excellence and achieve business goals.
