Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Office Admin – Documentation (Import/Export) located in Guwahati. The Office Admin will be responsible for managing and organizing all import and export documentation, assisting in administrative tasks, providing customer service, and handling basic accounting duties. The role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to ensure smooth and efficient office operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare, manage, and maintain import-export documentation (invoices, packing lists, BL/AWB, etc.)
- Coordinate with shipping lines, freight forwarders, and customs agents
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and timely filing of documents
- Maintain accurate records and filing systems
- Support general office administration and reporting
Requirements:
- Graduate in any discipline (Commerce preferred)
- 0–3 years of experience in import-export documentation/office administration
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Email handling)
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
