CTC: Maximum gross up to 12 LPA

Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Admission Coordinator to manage and oversee the admissions process across our group of schools in Chennai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating with admission counsellors at each group school to ensure no admission leads are missed or wasted, and that all leads are effectively converted into prospective admissions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with admission counsellors across all schools in the group.
  • Ensure systematic follow-up of all leads to maximize conversions.
  • Monitor and manage the entire lead funnel to ensure no lead is lost.
  • Track, review, and report the status of leads and conversions regularly.
  • Guide and support counsellors in handling parent enquiries and follow-ups.
  • Standardize the admission process across schools for efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Maintain detailed records of enquiries, follow-ups, and admissions.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team for lead generation campaigns and feedback.
  • Report to senior management on admission status and performance metrics.
  • Conduct regular training and review meetings with admission counsellors.

Candidate Requirements

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in school admissions, preferably in a coordinator or supervisory role.
  • Strong leadership and team coordination skills.
  • Fluency in South Indian languages Tamil is mandatory; Telugu, Kannada, or Malayalam is an added advantage. HINDI SPEAKING ADDED ADVANTAGE
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work with data, CRM systems, and Excel for tracking and reporting.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and target-driven.
  • Willingness to travel between schools in TN when required.
