Job Summary:

We are looking for a strategic and dynamic Marketing Manager to lead and execute marketing initiatives for our Group of Schools . The ideal candidate will develop and implement marketing strategies to build brand awareness, drive student admissions, and ensure consistent communication across all schools in the group. This role requires a strong background in school or education marketing , excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage both online and offline campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

Marketing Strategy & Planning

  • Develop and implement the annual marketing plan aligned with the group's admission goals.
  • Plan and execute branding, advertising, and promotional campaigns across all platforms.

Digital Marketing

  • Manage digital marketing efforts including SEO, Google Ads, social media, and email campaigns.
  • Monitor and improve the performance of digital platforms (school websites, social media pages, etc.).
  • Work with digital agencies or internal teams to create engaging content and manage ad spend.

Lead Generation & Admission Support

  • Coordinate with admission counsellors to support lead nurturing and conversion strategies.
  • Develop targeted campaigns to generate enquiries and walk-ins for each school.
  • Track the performance of campaigns and optimize them based on data and feedback.

Event & Outreach Management

  • Plan and coordinate school events, open houses, education fairs, and community outreach programs.
  • Build relationships with local communities, preschools, and parent networks for brand promotion.

Branding & Collateral

  • Ensure consistent branding across all schools in the group.
  • Develop marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, presentations, and signage.

Reporting & Analytics

  • Analyze marketing performance metrics and report on ROI of campaigns.
  • Monitor competitor activities and market trends to inform strategy.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the education or school sector .
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing, social media, and lead generation tools.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills.
  • Proficient in English and at least one South Indian language (Tamil preferred).
  • Creative thinker with a results-driven approach.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience working with multiple locations or a group of institutions.
  • Ability to work with design tools or coordinate with creative/design teams.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and admission management tools.

Reporting To: Director

Salary: Maximum gross up to 24 LPA C

Location: CHENNAI ( Willing to travel between school branches as needed")
