About Insights & Advisory (IA):


Our Insights and Advisory team plays a crucial role in providing strategic guidance and datadriven insights to organizations. By analyzing market trends, consumer behavior, and business data, our team helps decision-makers make informed choices that can positively impact their organization's performance and bottom line. We work across diverse industries and sectors like Technology, Industrials, Energy, Chemicals, Life Sciences and Logistics, including market research, strategy, sales and marketing, R&D, and more.


What you will be doing at Evalueserve as a Senior Subject Matter Expert:


  • Lead Strategic Client Engagements: Act as the primary contact for high-profile clients, providing strategic guidance throughout project lifecycle in the social sector.


  • Offer Social Sector Expertise: Lead research and consulting projects in areas like public health, nutrition, gender equity, and more, designing innovative solutions aligned with industry trends.


  • Drive Data-Driven Strategies: Oversee data sourcing and analysis to produce actionable insights that influence decision-making and program design.


  • Develop Advanced Research Solutions: Create proprietary research frameworks and methodologies, synthesizing findings into strategic recommendations and presentations.


  • Collaborate Across Teams: Work with data scientists, analysts, and project managers to ensure alignment and high-impact outcomes, sharing knowledge through presentations and training sessions.


  • Manage Projects and Accounts: Lead end-to-end project delivery, ensuring quality, timeliness, and compliance with all standards while managing client relationships.

  • Lead and Develop Teams: Mentor consultants and junior team members, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages learning and growth.


  • Oversee Internal Processes: Manage team utilization, track revenues, oversee invoicing, and proactively address any issues, keeping leadership informed.


  • Drive Business Development: Identify new business opportunities, lead proposal development, and expand Evalueserve’s footprint in the social sector by managing key client engagements.


  • Educational Background: Master’s or higher in Public Health, Social Sciences, Development Studies, or related field is required.


  • Professional Experience: 12+ years in consulting, with at least 5 years in a leadership role focused on the social sector. Extensive experience in public health research, gender equity, and social policy with a proven record of designing and delivering large-scale projects.
