Hiring for Leading Bank Collection Processes
We are hiring HSC pass fresher's and experienced candidates for voice-based collection processes in association with top private and NBFC banks. If you're fluent in regional languages and want to work in a stable banking back-end process, apply now

Open Positions:

  • ALL Collection – IDFC / Urban / Rural / IndusInd (Versant 3)
    Eligibility: HSC pass candidates (fresher and Experienced)
    Languages: Basic English + Regional preferred
    Assessment: Versant 3 clearance mandatory
    Shift: Fixed Day Shift – 9:30 AM to 9:30 PM (Flexible within window)
    Week Off: Rotational Offs
    Location: Airoli (Mumbai)

  • DRA Certified Collection – ICICI HFC / BOB / Axis / HSBC / TCHFL (Versant 3)
    Eligibility: HSC or Graduate with DRA certification & experience on paper
    Languages Required: Tamil / Telugu / Malayalam / Gujarati / Kannada (Any one is a must)
    Assessment: Versant 3 mandatory
    Shift: Rotational Day Shift
    Week Off: Rotational Offs
    Location: Airoli (Mumbai)

Job Responsibilities:
Make outbound collection calls for loan EMI reminders and recoveries
Explain payment terms, resolve disputes politely
Update CRM systems with accurate call logs
Achieve daily/monthly recovery targets
Maintain compliance with process and regulatory norms

Candidate Profile
Good communication skills (Versant 3 qualified)
Ability to handle pressure and achieve targets
DRA certification and experience is mandatory for DRA roles
Immediate joiners preferred
