Job Description:We are seeking a highly skilled L2 Application Support Engineer with expertise in PowerTools Automation to join our technical support team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting assistance to our clients using PowerTools Automation applications. The L2 Application Support Engineer will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation and optimal performance of PowerTools Automation applications, as well as maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.Responsibilities :

Provide level 2 technical support to clients using PowerTools Automation applications, ensuring prompt and effective resolution of issues and inquiries.Perform in-depth analysis of application logs, database records, and system configuration to diagnose and troubleshoot issues specific to PowerTools Automation.Automate business processes in SharePoint using Power AutomateDocument and escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate teams for further investigation and resolution.Collaborate with the customer success team to ensure customer satisfaction and maintain strong relationships with clients.Continuously improve the support process by identifying areas for improvement and implementing best practices specific to PowerTools Automation.Participate in on-call rotation to provide after-hours support for critical issues related to PowerTools Automation.Assist in the support and maintenance of automation scripts and tools to enhance support efficiency and effectiveness.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and quality assurance, to identify and resolve complex technical issues related to PowerTools Automation.Support and maintain a strong knowledge base of PowerTools Automation applications, including features, functionalities, and best practices.Requirements :

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.Minimum of 3 years of experience in providing technical support for enterprise software applications, preferably with Power Tools Automation applicationsMinimum 2 years of working experience working on SharePoint administration and Power BI administration and dashboarding including user management, role management.,Strong knowledge of Power Tools Automation applications, including installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.Proficiency in analyzing application logs and performing root cause analysis specific to Power Tools Automation.Good to have automation tools and scripting languages such as PowerShell, Python, or similar.Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical users.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Strong customer service orientation and a passion for delivering exceptional support to clients.Experience with SQL and database management systems, such as Oracle or Microsoft SQL Server, is a plus.TIL certification or knowledge of ITIL processes is a plus.About Stratacent Stratacent is an IT Consulting and Services firm, headquartered in Jersey City, NJ, with two global delivery centres in New York City area and New Delhi area plus offices in London, Canada and Pune, India.We are a leading IT services provider focusing in Financial Services, Insurance, Healthcare and Life Sciences.
