Who You AreYOUR JOBThe ServiceNow CMDB team is an enthusiastic and experienced team that contributes to move from reactive to pro active Service Asset and Configuration Management (SACM), .As a ServiceNow CMDB engineer your main focus will be:* ServiceNow Data consumption: experience with ITOM (e.g. Discovery IRE, Servie Mapping),ServiceNow Platform scripting knowledge (e.g. data type structures, basic syntax)* Project and support: projects and operational support, advising technical possibilities within data consumption (e.g. Discovery Patterns, Health log analytics)* Knowledge and innovation: Point of Contact for ServiceNow CMDB Tooling support including development, trends etc. (e.g. Performance Analytics, Cloud Provisioning Module)* CMDB Management* Quality Assurance: Quality checks (e.g. DSA, Dashboarding)KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCEYou have knowledge and experience•In working with ServiceNow for at least 5 years, developing, configuring, testing deploying and maintaining ServiceNow.•ServiceNow CMDB•One of the ServiceNow applications: ITx (ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, ITAM)•ServiceNow CSA (certified System Administrator) certificate•ServiceNow certification (CIS Discovery, CIS Service Mapping, CIS Event Management), ITIL or any Asset Management certificates are a plus or eager to learn.•Scripting Fundamentals and knowledge of JavaScript•Agile and DevOps Way of Working
